Add icons and notifications examples to tabs and nav tabs #2006

In Halstack site, there are icons examples for all the components that have icon prop, except in the case of the nav tabs. We should add an example of nav tabs with icons and notifications. We should add notifications to the icons example in the tabs. It would be really helpful to understand how it works.
