Bar Chart is not exported with our custom theme #2038

Although we are correctly following the theming guidelines of Cloudscape, we are not been able to export a themed version of the component.

We have recently created a discussion on their github repo asking for help with this: https://github.com/cloudscape-design/components/discussions/2456.

We have decided to remove the Bar Chart component from Halstack (#2067), so this shouldn't be a problem anymore.
