Wording edits #39

This PR provides some wording edits to the dojo.

Rewording to the main README, including refactoring anytime we linked the word here to give the link more context
Fixed a few minor wording elements in the scenarios
Added the .spelling file, which was referenced in the CONTRIBUTING but didn't yet exist in the repo

I wasn't sure about the CHANGELOG process yet, something to document in CONTRIBUTING, but figured to add an UNRELEASED section for now?

Thanks Adam. There is no spell checker yet (this was a copy/paste of another contribute) and this is not a priority but I have saved your work. Regarding Changelog, we haven't created releases yet and there is no need to create any at this point since there won't be external reference to it like for a library. We will track major changes to the training content and to the bot.

Sounds good! I find leaving the .spelling in repos is fine, esp for local spell checking as anyone can npm install node-markdown-spellcheck and use it locally even without a CI/CD pipeline. But that's fine if you'd like to not include it at this time.
