Upload workflow

speed up using cache
Upgrade to node 12 in workflow and lambda runtime
add experimental workflow triggered by slash command /deploy in comments (to avoid fake push)
use APP_ID as a secret
align AWS secrets name to GitHub std
update doc

Bot

Bump javascript dependencies (but handlebars with its optimist/minimist is vulnerable)
lint javascript (manual)
support / in addition to @ to engage Tina and Paulo
add more logging
prevent collisions with other bots

Change schedule of stale & md-link workflows
