Added a Node Simulator to use in camps without physical hardware or when there are hardware issues.

The intent here would be to replace the entire NUC / Arduino 101 setup correct, and just focus on the Azure parts?

Also, the temperatureAlert property is for? IoT Hub routes?

Finally, any possibility you could add in code to to receive alerts coming back from the Azure Function?
