How do I setup this up on a raspberry pi?

I know how to use plugins, I just don’t know how to setup the http urls

@ChopsKingsland The instructions are fully detailed in the README. If you have specific questions about your config, please share details about your blinds, your JSON config, etc.

so, do i need an existing premade smart blind setup. because i just want to make my own with a motor

This plugin requires blinds you can access from an HTTP endpoint.

You can make your own with a motor. See Tasmota.
