Allow events to have multiple event_types #100

PROPOSED REQUEST FROM ALMIRA: It would also be cool if we could list two types of events for events, e.g. Kitty's circle just did a shelter volunteer day. She wants to code this as a circle since she wants to see which circles meet, but I want to code it as a sanctuary because it counts as an action (and animal care wants to know how many people do animal care events). So sometimes I just duplicate attendance and have two events, one coded as each.

Not sure if this is worth doing.

Closing this b/c we ended up added a "circle" chooser for events instead.
