wave hard error on startup #3

it experience a hard error every time I start WAVE

BRO FACTORY RESET YOU COMPUTER BEFORE SETTINGS GET CORRUPTED (last time hard error showed 1 days later my pc broke i was able to fix it because i made virtual disk for win 10 and 11 so i formated the disk in win 10 and put a win 11 iso) "it is not its a normal error that you can fix with only one win iso on your device"

i js uninstalled it. wave rat frfr

It's likely not the file but windows it self breaking last time I got a file it showed the error but when I reinstall windows and launched the file the process went normally no error and i even used the same file because so more likely windows got corrupted during some sort of process
