Next - map `ParticipantList` entity for sales #73

Entities

ParticipantList stores information about deployed ParticipantList contracts from ParticipantListLauncher.
Participant stores information about participant added to ParticipantList contract. Each participant has fixed allocated amount.

Deployment

Added ParticipantListLauncher to xDAI and Rinkeby configurations.
Added templates to track events from FairSale, FixedPriceSale and ParticipantList contracts.

Misc

Added GRAPH_LOG: debug to docker-compose.yml to show debug the subgraph from logs. See logging in the docs.
Cleaned up logs.
More dynamic values for launching sales through explore-local
