A pause button on the optimizer #14

It would be a used feature if we could pause the optimizer when it's doing
a job.  If we need the computer during a long job, we could pause the
optimizer and resume the optimization after.

I agree. That said you can pause/resume any running program under linux.

Not needed and would only slow the optimizer. You just need to lower the 
priority of
the JBT process (or suspend it).
