不安装 python 环境是不行的

还有几个问题
psycopg2-2.4.5.win32-py2.7-pg9.1.3-release.exe
PIL-1.1.7.win32-py2.7.exe
要下载安装
还有 docutils 用 easy_install 要安装一下

虚拟环境的easy_install和pip 都不能用，需要执行源码版本。

不知道怎么回事了
