Factored out testing tools (e.g., Generator) to echo-testing.
Resolved some unterminated tests.
TODO
[ ] Resolve all unterminated tests (echo-db, object-model, text-model). Pipeline iterator?
[ ] Remove unrequired deps
[ ] Decide if @type imports should be in deps or devDeps?
[ ] Refactor echo/util (e.g., dxos/async)
