Better styling and error handling for dialogs #298

[x] Better styling, especially the Processing invitation... view

What to fix for all dialogs:

Better error handling, handle error on invalid pin, on using someone else's offline invitation code etc.
Add progress bar, when submitting
Disable double-clicking submit button
Safeguard against clicking away in the middle of some operation

Which dialogs

[x] Party invites, online and offline
[x] Device invites
[x] Bot invites

Dialog-specific tasks

Party invites

[ ] Resolve redeeming invitation from known member that requires checking offline checkbox

Bot invites

[ ] Sort related bots first, using keywords

Note: this can be changed into a bigger issue covering upgrading, adding safeguarding etc for:

Party invites
Device invites
Bot invites
