Update from status call: Arena with Chess bot expected to be complete by 11/10 EOB. Preferences, offline invitations, and device management are on deck for this week. Wednesday is an expected outage due to holiday.

Teamwork will NOT be complete this week. A couple underlying issues will cause a carry into next week.

Solo UX Review occurred, https://github.com/dxos/teamwork/milestone/3 created. Pair review needs to be scheduled for this week.

Offline Invitations are now functional. Device management is currently under development by Przemek. Arena with Chess bot is functional, final touches remain. No progress on UX Review since the initial pass.

https://github.com/dxos/echo/issues/309 has been updated with breakout issues which impede some aspects of finalizing migration.

Device invitations are implemented, but recovery UX has an issue.

Arena has worked with Przemek's chess bot update, but was not performing well this AM specifically. Some issues have been discovered by Egor during his work on bots and BotFactory.

No progress on UX Review.
