Description

This PR removes:

theme registration of jQuery, in favour of reverting to the version that ships with WordPress;
a polyfill for the now widely supported CSS calc() function.

Testing

Via the browser's dev tools, confirm that the default WordPress jQuery version is loading (v3.7.1).
