Chore/release v0.2.0 #22

Because this had been a dxw-time project I'd been working on informally, I hadn't been keeping the changelog properly up to date.

Hence there were a lot of changes since 0.1.1 that weren't mentioned in there. This PR includes an attempt to add all the significant changes, plus the bump to v0.2.0
