width: 5, size: 48px It also happens on other sizes with TTF font. Considering that

font file size is bigger with caps
excluding glyphs from interpolation is impossible
number of masters doesn't decrease maybe it's worthwhile sticking to just radius version

no-caps version is heavier a bit in terms of glyph logic
no-caps version is 5kb less final size
~~no-caps has issue building opentype (still)~~
fontmake has issue with yScale
~~caps allow separate top/bottom radius~~ would require additional masters, increasing the size...
