Hi,

Added a new feature to plot_12 function:

it now takes as an input ECG speed (it is common to use 50 mm/sec, 25 mm/sec)
voltage (common values are 20 mm/mV, 10 mm/mV)
line width (default didn't work for me, having an option to change that was nice to have)

Calculations for figsize now depend on these new input parameters. Change does not affect previous functionality.
