Since detailed UV mapping & texturing is time-consuming job, and we have limited time to complete sprints, I'm going to put on a hold this issue until there is extra time to complete it.
Currently, two types of realistic metal materials are assigned to whole kitchen scene, and does the job well.

As an user, I want to play on realistic-looking kitchen scene. To achieve that:
Textures should represent it's corresponding material. It should have proper reflection, specularity, occlusion and roughness paramaters.
Objects in kitchen scene should be fully UV unwrapped.
