The researcher-portal Katsu browser now loads both authorized individuals and phenopackets from Katsu. More fields from each type of resource are displayed, compared to past UI.

Added Table component that displays phenopackets & individuals data in tabular format
Extended Katsu component to fetch phenopackets data from Katsu service
Modified function fetchEntitlements() in Login component to use REMS API key passed in as an environment variable
