Non-ASCII view titles are incorrectly handled #38

Reported by @koujikozaki: when a view's title consists entirely of non-Western characters, the generation of the machine-readable name does not work, resulting in the following malfunctions in view handling:

  1. The view title does not make for a usable link in the view list; e.g.: http://dydra.com/koujikozaki/osakacitydata
  2. The view is not selectable at all in the query editor; e.g.: http://dydra.com/koujikozaki/osakacitydata/@query
  3. The view does not have a usable HTML render link, either in the view list or the query editor; e.g., compare "施設名＋緯度経度" to "Test View" at http://dydra.com/koujikozaki/osakacitydata

@koujikozaki This will require some work on our end to solve. We are presently aiming to resolve this issue in the October timeframe. I'll keep you posted on progress.
