Blips cannot be deleted #1

Currently an issue with ScriptHookVDotNet. When trying to use the "REMOVE_BLIP" native, it crashes the game.

The game becomes glitchy if too many blips are on the screen at one time. The minimap begins to show graphical artifacts, and the game world flashes.

Fixed with a new version of ScriptHookVDotNet.
