Is it possible to submit new perpetual future for equity/equity indices? #259

Hi. I am wondering if I can submit a request for enabling perpetual futures trading on equity/equity indices. As of now, dydx only has crypto futures. If I can submit a request or some kind of PR, please let me know the due process.
