Remove Autostake gRPC endpoint:

grpcurl dydx-mainnet-grpc.autostake.com:443 list

Failed to list services: rpc error: code = PermissionDenied desc = unexpected HTTP status code received from server: 403 (Forbidden); transport: received unexpected content-type "text/html"
