Description / Intuition

adds TP/SL input areas
note this does not add the multiple orders states. That will be a separate PR
adds clear button
hooks in field input to abacus via triggerOrdersInput function
note this code is doing too much client-side logic. This mirrors web's behavior. We will have to move this into abacus if possible.
