Description / Intuition

sets up the UI to be ready for abacus-generated values an calculations
- e.g. when acknowledge high slippage checkbox is checked, the button enables
- e.g. simulates a "loading" time while slippage is calculated
- e.g. simulates a "failure" of the attempted withdrawal/deposits
