Narrowed down changes to useEffect dependencies to prevent infinite calls to privy.

Purpose

Integrate phantom wallet connection and account derivation.

Added a wallet called Phantom
Added a wallet type called Phantom, we need a new wallet type because connection to Phantom and key derivation via Solana provider methods are substantially different from the existing wallet types

Made useSignForWalletDerivation work for both EVM and Solana by parameterizing it on wallet type

Anything we were doing for EVM, we need to do for Solana. Storing the derived key, handling account changes, etc.
