chore(isolatedMargin): pull in updated margin removal calculations + update toggle selectors

bumps abacus to 1.9.1

• breaking change in abacus was that market must be set for isolated margin input

other small updates:

• fixed value of toggle group so that the toggle actually stays visually clicked when u hit it
• update amount input's onChange -> onInput because using onChange will make us update abacus every time its value is updated (even if it's updated by abacus, not the user)
• updated abacus/logger.ts to get it to compile with new version of abacus interface; @yogurtandjam open to changing the variables + conditions, I just did something simple to get it to work
