Feature request: Notification when receiving low craft # cosmetic or weapon

I would also add to this a notification for 'hot collector levels', like 69, 42, 99, 100, or whatever the top 5-10 are. Levels may only be important for certain categories of items, and even for certain specific items, so it would be nice to custom config the alerts, e.g., an owner may only want level alerts for weps but not misc, or vice versa, or sniper class,, or stranges, etc.

The alert won't be much good without putting the item in 'holding', like another feature thread suggested, so I would add an auto hold for this. Additionally, the owner could have the option to continue buying more of the item when a bought item is placed in holding, e.g., if stock limit is set to one, when item is moved to holding, the banking stock will be reset as if nothing was bought.

Once the owner reviews the item, they can set a flag on it to either, A) sell it separately, or B) return it to banking stock. (or keep it in holding indefinitely)
