Enhancement: Alert if attempting to list an item well above or below bp.tf value

I feel like major accidents which some members here have faced with mislisting the values on their unusuals or items could be avoided if there was some sort of alert system which blocked a person from listing if it detected that their item was faar beyond the bp value
