Overstocked item overpay #79

Description

Allow the bot (toggle-able) to accept (overstocked) items if the trade is overpay

How would you like the requested enhancement to be implemented

As above, a toggle-able option in config much like the existing "allow overpay" option

Why would you like to see the requested enhancement in Bot.tf

Quite a few trades have been declined by my bots due to "overstock" even when the offer is much more then the item they wish to purchase, this would give bot owners an option to override the overstock option (at their own risk) and claim so of this trades that would have been beneficial.

I really like this idea. Any options to help resellers accept overpays would be great.

I like this, the bot would change the listing of the item for an overpay price, maybe add a limit too. There would be the limit for normal stock, then the overstock limit (so it doesn't go crazy accepting thousands of a single item) or an unlimited "limit"
