vagrant box size reduction #18

the final box size is pretty large (1.5GB) A few places we can trim from the image to be uploaded to vagrant cloud:

I realized I haven’t been purging the stage3 or portage tarballs after Ansible is done. Testing some builds with various cleanup scripts
