partition table improvements

currently, the way to create partitions is pretty flat. need to be able to

support all of these permutations:
- mbr and no LUKS
- efi and no LUKS
- mbr and LUKS
- efi and LUKS
create appropriate partition table
still be able to customize sizes of individual partitions
still be able to override whole partition table or individual? partitions
