Hi, I'm having an issue with the roi_list file. It is not indicated in the tutorial how to set it up. I just figured it out with the examples but I'm systematically having the following error when I try to run the script (I have all the permissions)

touch: /roi_list.txt: Permission denied rm: /roi_list.txt: No such file or directory touch: /roi_list.txt: Permission denied mass_uv_regr_csv.sh: line 98: /roi_list.txt: Permission denied touch: /log.txt: Permission denied
