.lid parser for cmake? #22

Could we use cmake's language to write a .lid parser and use that to configure projects rather than listing out source files in a CMakeLists.txt?

I think we'd still need a CMakeLists.txt, but we could at least remove some duplication.

wouldn't it be simpler to teach .lid to mindycomp instead?
