Is there a calculation I can do to calculate whether there are unsafe levels of ICD based on the dive plan?

From TDI eLearning: This would require a model of the causes of ICD to be built into the decompression algorithm. Researchers Doolette and Mitchell published a mathematical model which simulates the processes involved. However, no decompression program or tables currently embody this algorithm.

Also The most straightforward rule approach is that, during decompression, never let the partial pressure of nitrogen rise significantly. You can do this by increasing the fraction of oxygen as you decrease the fraction of helium. This helps keep the fraction of nitrogen almost constant. I believe this is talking about tissue partial pressures (not breathing gas PP)
