Configure whether ceiling and NDL take into account ascent rate #104

I think right now they assume instantaneous ascent which isn't realistic. And there seems to be debate about whether they should adjust for ascent rate or not so maybe let the user choose. Could also show one value on the page, and the other in the tooltip.

NDL now considers the ascent rate in the calculation, as of commit https://github.com/dylan-smith/DiveIntelligence/commit/417c38ea185ee46fe40e30e23a8d32290bf8df0f
