The tooltip is a bit mis-leading as it mentions the ascent/descent time as being accounted for. But that is the descent time to get to the newDepth, not the ascent time to get to the new ceiling.
So currently it is the instantaneous ceiling after the diver ascends/descends to the new depth from above.
What would be better is if it took into account the off-gassing that happens as you ascend to the ceiling.
