mpd: provide service file #646

Like for example mdev does, in /ect/sv/

mpd is meant to run by the user, not by root. I cannot add a service file that is user specific.

mpd has a specific user setting in its config to run it as a specified user (user mpd in my case), see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Music_Player_Daemon#System-wide_configuration
