TTY vs X11 color blocks? #1177

Description

Hey, I'm currently ricing my tty (don't ask why, I'm just THAT bored) and realized that the color blocks don't show the colors of the second row in tty. Is this known behaviour? Other color scripts show them (example in the screenshots).

I used a slightly modified version of this https://github.com/stark/Color-Scripts/blob/master/color-scripts/panes
Only switched some characters though, because my tty font doesn't have these half block characters.
Also while we talk about these. Support for some of the color scripts from that repo as choosable replacement for the color blocks would be a cool feature. Don't know how hard to implement this would be though.
