ascii art easier colour #2218

could we get an HTML ASCII art format or some more formats that have easier support for colour or just an easier way to add colour to an image? Maybe add an option to have an image converted into ASCII art with colour in a format that neofetch understands.

I just realised I didn't label the issue properly but not I cant figure out how to do it sorry
