CuteOS is an operating system based on Ubuntu. I want to add it to neoetch

This is a Linux distribution from China, just like deepin. It has been produced since this year and is popular on video platforms in China.

As it turns out, www.cuteos.cn only respond to ip addresses in China. Please don't do this, you can host it somewhere like github pages or gitee pages for free and everyone can access.

As for your question "Can CuteOS be added to neofetch:" Neofetch doesn't seem to be maintained as of now, but I see you have already created the ascii art. If you want, you can open a pull request and I can add it to my maintained fork HyFetch

Since I'm releasing a new version of hyfetch for this month, I just added the current version of the CuteOS ascii from gitee (cute-os/neofetch 6c461c) so that it can be included in this cycle. Let me know if any changes are made.
