Missing explanations for files in ~/.cache/wal #533

Hi there,
I've noticed that while the wiki has awesome explanations on how some of the themes in ~/.cache/wal can be applied to programs, the directory also includes many themes for other programs (waybar, for example) that don't have such explanations.

It would help many users if the wiki could also explain how those files can be used.

The wiki is open to user contributions; there's an "Edit" button in the top right of each page. Feel free to add your own explanations if you figure things out.
