locate water retention, Db, AWC, etc. from SoilVeg data in Access DB

Some of the historic "SoilVeg" lab data aren't where they should be:

• prep code "GP" is used in some places, should probably be "S"
• 1/3 bar water retention is in "Water_Content" table, w32l2
• 15 bar water retention is in "Bulk_Density_and_Moisture", w15l2, prep code "GP" should be "S"
• 1/3 - 15 bar water retention difference (<2mm) is in "Supplementary_Tier_3", wrd_l2

• pedon ID 71-CA-05-060x
• PENTZ, correlated to Amador
• labsampnum UCD03792
• NCSS query page

Actions

1. "fix" prep codes; convert all to "S"
2. ensure that water retention values are associated with the correct codes
3. find Db values by looking at all records in the "skinny" table, or,
4. import missing Db values via user pedon ID and hz top/bottom depths
