No sgRNA were generated from sequence #5

I have tried and tested multiple different sequences, all of which give me this error "No sgRNA were generated from sequence".

Is this a user error? or some thing I missed in setup?

When running the test data provided in the example. I get this error... Warning in if ((installed_genomes == "no_genomes_installed") & (callofftargets == : the condition has length > 1 and only the first element will be used Warning: Error in +: non-numeric argument to binary operator 2: shiny::runApp 1: crispRdesignRUI
