Fix URLs for "all" calendars #103

The actual calendars under ALL header, don't have /all in the URL

It is "all": https://trakt.docs.apiary.io/#reference/calendars/all-shows/get-shows ?

These are not for the API though, just the explanatory links in readme, e.g. https://trakt.tv/calendars/shows instead of https://trakt.tv/calendars/all/shows/ which gives 404
