Migrate to Google Analytics 4 #38

Extremely low priority, given that we aren't maintaining this project at the moment. In any case, the Universal Analytics account currently in use will stop collecting data on 1 July 2023. This is the Analytics 4 account that would replace it:

Actually, nevermind, it seems like if we do nothing, Google may generate a new Analytics 4 property that reuses the old site tag. Let's wait and see.
