I like this package, and I like that package too. I wonder if you guys could come together on something? Failing that, roll updtr's functionality into npm-check?

Just an idea.

I love the idea about test&upgrade. From my understanding, it could be great to select some packages in npm-check, press Alt+Enter (or other keys) to do test&upgrade.
