Feature: Unused CSS analyzer #4

Create a report that lists down unused CSS rules per page type so that devs can remove them and improve site performance, in turn improving SEO.

Example:

Page Type Unused css rules
IndexPage .about_us_btn, .clear_test, ...
ContactUsPage .home_icon, ...

Closing as it's not exactly an SEO test. Will include in a different module in the future
