Use all contributors spec for `Contributors` section

As title, I'd prefer to be using https://github.com/all-contributors/all-contributors so that everyone who contributed gets recognized.

Seems like it might be best to consider integrating their bespoke bot: https://allcontributors.org/docs/en/bot/overview

This would need to be done by a collaborator or owner, however, and thus wouldn't be a good first issue. If there's an explicit reason not to use this bot, then it seems fine to keep this as a good first issue and integrate it manually, but the bot offers a lot!

@bdunn313 Thanks for the info. I’ve personally never used the all contributors spec, so I’ll go ahead and take this issue myself (and remove the good first issue label). The bot looks like the recommended approach!
